荷兰代尔夫特理工大学 计算机系 招Edge AI方向全奖PhD一名

We have a fully-funded 4-year Ph.D. position available at the Embedded Systems Group of TU Delft, the Netherlands. The candidate will work on topics related to edge computing, intelligent internet of things, and TinyML, with the aim to develop pervasive and sustainable solutions for precision agriculture. The candidate will work under the supervision of Dr. Guohao Lan and Prof. dr. Koen Langendoen and will collaborate with the TU Delft AgTech Institute and our industry collaborator. The candidate is expected to: • Hold a master's degree in CS or closely related fields; • Have solid skills in system programming and prototyping; • Know about deep learning/embedded system/edge computing; • Have high English proficiency, i.e., the minimum requirement of a TOEFL overall band score of 100 or IELTS overall band score of 7. The successful candidate will be offered a 4-year contract. Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement of Dutch Universities, increasing from 2541 euros per month in the first year to 3247 euros in the fourth year. The Embedded Systems Group of TU Delft is a world-leading research group in the fields of embedded systems, mobile computing, and networking. The group has strong publication records in top-tier conferences including SIGCOMM, MobiCom, SenSys, IPSN, UbiComp, etc. Note that the Dutch language is not required for the candidate since the Netherlands is the top English-Speaking country outside the Anglosphere and English is the official working language at TU Delft. 1.
