[交流] 【求助完毕】大修审稿意见求翻译

有一篇大修的文章，关于计算量比较，审稿人给了这么一段话：
For timing comparisons, the paper should note that one exponentiation can be computed on O(log q) modular multiplications. Furthermore, since their analysis if so fine-grained that is cares about hash evaluations, then the conversion "1 pairing = 3 exponentiations" is very rough. One should also consider exponentiations to a fixed base which are more efficient and also sequential- and multi- exponentiations, which can be done more efficiently than the naive methods.

其中，加粗的这两句是什么意思呢？
另外，
1，Furthermore, since their analysis if so fine-grained that is cares about hash evaluations, then the conversion "1 pairing = 3 exponentiations" is very rough 中的if so……that 这个怎么解释？

2，One should also consider exponentiations to a fixed base which are more efficient and also sequential- and multi- exponentiations.中的and之后的话是和前面more对应呢，还是和exponentiations to a fixed base 对应呢？

另外，由于他们的分析是在高密度（fine-grained ）上的hash evaluations，转换“1 pairing = 3 exponentiations”是非常粗糙的。还应该考虑固定基的指数（exponentiations to a fixed base ），这比sequential- and multi- exponentiations 更有效，
