内容如下:

纳米压痕实验结果如图所示。实验表明,氧化膜弹簧刚度为4-15μN/nm,和仿真结果及K. Fatima的实验结果很接近。由于氧化膜很薄,弹簧刚度很小,当磨粒切削深度很大时,氧化膜完全被工件刮除,氧化膜弹簧刚度对磨削过程的影响可以忽略;在精密磨削时,磨粒切削深度很小,此时氧化膜刚度不能被忽略,氧化膜的弹性变形使磨粒的等高性、协同性增强,磨粒实际切削深度减小,同时,氧化膜携带磨粒对磨削表面进行挤压作用。因此,氧化膜的弹性变形使磨削表面质量改善。

As the oxide film is thinner and the spring stiffness of the oxide film is smaller, the effect of spring stiffness of oxide film on grinding process can be ignored when the abrasive grain’s cutting depth is very large. In the precision grinding, the abrasive grain’s cutting depth is very small, by this time the spring stiffness of the oxide film can’t be ignored. The elastic deformation of oxide film makes the grains at the same hight, and the cooperativity of grains increases. At same time, the actual cutting depth of the abrasive decreases, even the oxide film with grains burnishes the grinding surface. Therefore, it can be concluded that the improvement of grinding surface quality is attributed to the elastic deformation of the oxide film.
