请教 energy of the low-index surface 为何意

日前看一篇文章，是关于ZnO的晶体结构说明的。原文如下 ： Meanwhile, ZnO, as a polar crystal, its surface is either positively charged or negatively charged [16,23]. The optimized {0 0 1} surface has roughly a 60% higher cleavage energy than the nonpolar {1 0 0} and {1 1 0} faces. ZnO has a dipole moment along (0 0 1) direction. These properties suggest that the c-axis is the fastest growth directionand the ZnO{0 0 1}has the highest energy of the low-index surface [16,23]. ZnO grow along this direction easily. 想请哪位高人帮忙解释一下其中 The optimized {0 0 1} surface 和 energy of the low-index surface 为什么意思。我理解成氧化锌的(001) 优选面 和 低指标面能 对吗？晶体学中有这样的名词吗？它们到低代表了什么意思呢？ |
