In the final refinement, the W, As, lanthanoid, and
K atoms were refined anisotropically; the O and C atoms were
refined isotropically. The amount of lithium ions was
determined based on elemental analysis results. The hydrogen
atoms of the tartaric acid groups were placed in calculated
positions and then refined using a riding model. All H atoms on
water molecules were directly included in the molecular
