MOF孔道内定了些水分子，审稿人让propose a realistic model 是什么意思

求助各位虫友，我有一个MOF，是在水和DMF中合成的，晶体精修时DMF可以定出来，剩下比较多的较大的Q峰，定为了氧，没有加氢， 就是认为是水分子，热重分析和元素分析也能对应的上，现在审稿人给出了意见：Moreover, despite quite good agreement factor, both structure presents a lot of oxygen atoms used to fit the residual density inside the MOF channel along the a axis. It is necessary to propose a realistic model for the filling of these channels, based on identified chemical compounds. 实现不明白这个“propose a realistic model for the filling of these channels‘’应该怎么做呢？还请各位同行给答疑解惑，谢谢。@lich666@jackdeng |
