1. XPS is a kind of surface analysis method, which not only provides the valence state of element in sample, but also monitor quantitatively the content of element in sample. In manuscript, we obtained the valence of Fe and O were +3 and -2 in sample, depending on XPS. In revised version, we supplied elements content (the element composition) analysis of Fe and O. 2.
