拒稿重投

论文拒稿重投，重投快两月了，还在外审，成功率大吗，一轮的时侯审稿人1:拒稿，但问的都是实验过程问题，没涉及创新点的问题。审稿人2模型有趣但有局限性，提了个模型问题，其他都是格式。审稿人3都是格式问题 拒信附上 Your Technical Paper, listed above, has completed the peer-review process for possible publication in ASCE's International Journal of Geomechanics. After several revisions, the editor's final decision was to decline the manuscript with encouragement to resubmit.
