Many morphologies of Fe2O3, such as nanorods, nanotubes, nano-perianth of Fe2O3 have been synthesized. But so far, no synthesis research about rice-ball shaped Fe2O3 microstructures has been found. In our article, we focus on simple method, experimental technique and theory about the preparation of the rice-ball shaped Fe2O3 microstructures. Little thought was performed for the application of this particular morphology materials. However, we believe that there are expensive application prospects for this particular morphology materials in electrochemistry and catalysis field. Thanks a lot for your valuable suggests. Afterwards, we will try our best to seek application for such material.
