Platon是一款和Shelx兼容的工具包软件。主要功能包括画结构图，检查结构对称性，确认可能空间群并给出参考建议。有些人还可以用它来检测结构氢键。 一点儿原文介绍： Platon is a Shelx Compatible structure Viewing and Analysis toolkit software package by Ton Spek that has a wide variety of functionality;, structure drawing, checking, validation, etc. On the UNIX version, this includes the System S system for structure solution and refinement that wraps around a variety of software including, Shelxs, Crunch, Dirdif, Sir and Shelxl. Information is given below on installing System S with the previously mentioned solution and refinement programs. Some functions available in Platon are totally brilliant and should be considered mandatory for both single crystal and powder diffraction based crystallographers. These include ADDSYM to find missing symmetry. And for organic/organometallic structures, the ability to generate at the click of a button, a CSD (Cambridge Structure Database) QUEST query to check for already published and related structures. |
