[交流] 大家帮我看看编辑的意思

前几天投了一篇文章，没有外审就退回来了，意见如下：
While your submission is of interest to Applied Energy, there are certain elements that need to be addressed before proceeding with the review process. They are as follows:

The manuscript has not been prepared according to the requirements by Applied Energy, see
http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find ... /authorinstructions
Please read the author's instruction carefully when you prepare your manuscript. In addition, I also recommend that you shall make a check if there are other previous publications in this area in Applied Energy to investigate if Applied Energy is best choice for your manuscript in terms of scope?

At this time, your submission will be rejected from Applied Energy but please feel free to re-submit to the journal once the aforementioned comments have been addressed
这种情况修改后再投合适吗？请高手指教。
