前几天投了一篇文章，没有外审就退回来了，意见如下： While your submission is of interest to Applied Energy, there are certain elements that need to be addressed before proceeding with the review process. They are as follows: The manuscript has not been prepared according to the requirements by Applied Energy, see http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find ... /authorinstructions Please read the author's instruction carefully when you prepare your manuscript.
