被Optics Letters拒了，大家帮我看看这编辑的回信，重投OE有希望吗 已有5人参与

28号投稿，昨天进入peer review，没想到今天Topical Editor来信直接拒了。 After editorial review, I have determined that I cannot accept your paper for publication in Optics Letters. I carefully read your manuscript and found it most interesting. It definitely deserves publication however, not in Opt. Lett. but rather in a full-length-article journal, for at least two essential reasons: 1.XXXXXX 2.XXXXXX Thoroughly addressing the above two points in a rewritten, expanded version of your manuscript will make it fully suitable for a journal like Opt. Express or Appl. Opt. A paper is acceptable for publication in Optics Letters only if there is convincing evidence that, in addition to being correct technically, it also adds a new and impactful result to the field of optics that requires rapid publication. I have found that your paper does not meet this criterion. I regret that it is not possible to send you a more favorable report on this manuscript, and I hope that you will continue to consider Optics Letters for future submissions. Topical Editor耗费了不少笔墨给出两条理由，基本是一些实验过程没描述、必要的性能参数没有给出，以及相较于传统方式论文所提方法的优势没有很好的描述。大家觉得根据编辑的回信内容，扩展改写后重投OE有戏吗？ |
