| 成骨细胞在体外染氟培养24 h后，Osterix的表达，与对照组相比较，呈现出低剂量促进表达，高剂量抑制表达的双向反应形式：在0.625-2.5mg/L时表达量呈上升水平，而后随NaF剂量增加，表达下降明显。当NaF剂量为0.625-5mg/L时成骨细胞内基因runx2表达水平均有不同程度增加，随后逐渐下降，至10 mg/L时为最低。Ⅰ型胶原表达方式呈现出典型的双向反应：剂量为0.625-2.5 mg/L时，表达上调；剂量为5-160 mg/L时，表达下调。 |
