为保证每项公文都具有广泛的政策含义，一些由母公文衍生，且仅仅用于发布名单的子公文没计算在内，仅将母公文记为一项。 To ensure that each document has broad policy implications, some sub-documents merely on list announcements which derive from the root document have not been counted, only counting the root document as one item. 感觉里面翻译的漏洞百出，语法，用词，从句链接等，很糟糕。 请高手指教，重谢！ |

To ensure that each document has broad policy implications（前半句还是比较喜欢LZ的那句), only be parent-document counted as one item while some sub-documents,the derivations of parent-document , barely for publishing the lists are not counted. [ Last edited by wsc0451 on 2009-8-31 at 09:07 ] |
