【求助】在gaussian优化中出现 Internal input file was deleted!是什么原因？

大家好！ 我刚接触gaussian，但是在做gaussianDFT优化和算ESP 电荷的时候，到中途就死掉了？我在Google上找了半天也没弄清究竟是啥原因，所以请gaussian高手们帮忙看看！输入文件和错误信息如下： 我的input 文件： %chk=de_2.chk %mem=400Mb %nprocl=2 #P B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) pop=mk iop(6/33=2) opt=Tight pop=reg de_2 0 1 N 3.84560000 -0.19440000 1.07250000 C 4.89320000 -0.33810000 0.36640000 C 4.79000000 0.02330000 -1.06920000 ........................................(注：部分原子坐标我就省略了) 出错信息如下： Internal input file was deleted! 我在网上看到了这样一条消息，觉得是对上面问题的原因：具体如下 I faced the same problem before. In fact, when we submit G03 jobs, g03 will generate some temp files in scratch?. If administrator wrote some script to clean the temp files for some period, then your g03 jobs will die. Ask your adm. whether there is a script, which regularly clean the scratch or temp files. It is none of business with Linda!! |
