As studies shown,under the control of fault zone,the characteristics are formed that modern crustal movement of Fujian is districted by north and south , and crustal activities are weak and drop in the north but strong and up in the south ; Most of the strong earthquakes distribute in the east of the the fault south and adjacent waters regions from history ,and form a south concentration area of the earthquake;Among 1999-2006, ambient shear stress high value area is concentrated in south of Taichung - Jinjiang's transverse tectonic belt ,which is also reflects the characteristics of strong in south , weak in north and the North-South partition . |
