求助：ACS的JPC B退稿后打算申诉，直接回复编辑的退稿信吗？

写好申诉信之后是直接回复编辑给的退稿信吗？ 还是重新投稿时将申诉信附在coverletter里面？ 文章有两个意见，一个很好： Overall, the work is well done and the conclusions are adequately supported by the experimental data. Therefore, I am pleased to support publication 然后就让修改两个用的不准确的单词。 另一个意见很明显没仔细看我的文章，The work is well performed and I have no issues with the interpretations or the conclusions of this paper.. Unfortunately, the paper is very derivative of the work published just last year by ×××× as a high profile JACS comm (ref 9 in the ms) . Accordingly there are no significant new physical insights. 事实上，我的文章指出了那篇JACS的错误（占我们工作的20%），又添加了一些新的东西（占80％） 这种情况下我们不能申诉一下吗？请大家出出主意，谢谢！ [ Last edited by nkblackwolf on 2009-8-25 at 10:57 ] |
