审稿意见不明白

投Food Chemistry “with editor” 状态一个月 没有经过 “under reviewed” 今天就变成 “Major revision and reconsideration” 意见如下： Your manuscript has failed an initial evaluation for the erason below. If you are prepared to undertake the work required, I would be pleased to reconsider my decision. If you decide to revise the work, please submit a list of changes or a rebuttal against each point which is being raised when you submit the revised manuscript.
