请问各位大佬们，我最近投稿，审稿人提出一个关于过渡态和速率问题，见下文（包括问题涉及的相关内容）。这个我不太懂，能否请大佬们帮我看看，如何回答。非常感谢各位大佬们[抱拳][抱拳][玫瑰][玫瑰] The discussion of the uranium chemistry has issues with it.
