文章revise是什么情况呀

某一区top，一审主编说有两个审稿人，但是只发来了一个人的意见，给的是大修，但是只有几条意见，然后说了这句话After carefully reviewing these comments, I think your paper could be acceptable for publication after revision to address the concerns raised by the reviewers. 修回后，主编没有再送审，给了个revise说我引用该期刊文章数量太少会被认为和期刊关联度较低，You mentioned that you have conducted a comprehensive literature review to include more relevant literature in your paper. I am surprised to see that you have ignored the latest literature in the same subject published in XXX. Your paper only has ~10% references from XXX, indicating its less relevant to our journal. I can find several papers in the topic of XXX. Are they relevant? XXX values your contribution and I look forward to receiving your revised manuscript 其他也没有说啥了，我把他推荐的文章都引了又找了一些该期刊的其他文章，引用量大约30%左右，返回去一直with editor 10多天了，这种情况编辑还会找审稿人吗？ |
