Article 14. NO WAIVER The failure of either of the parties hereto to exercise its rights or remedies under this Agreement at a given time shall not constitute an express or implied waiver of its right to do so at a later time. WITNESSETH: the studies listed in the ANNEX I, of this Agreement (hereinafter referred as: the “Studies”), based on BIOAGRI quality in coordinating and performing studies analogous to the Studies, according to the principles of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) set forth by the Brazilian INMETRO and IBAMA, and OECD GLP Guidelines, unless specified.
