A对B病毒感染小鼠死亡保护作用（体内试验）研究结果表明，对感染甲型流感病毒的小鼠进行A给药治疗，可明显减轻感染小鼠的间质性肺炎的病理改变，改善流感病毒感染小鼠的一般状态，降低死亡率，延长存活时间。L认为，到临床实验尽管还有大量的研究工作要做，但这两项基础实验研究结果已经表明，A对甲型流感病毒有着良好的抑制和灭杀效果。 L作为国家“十五”科技攻关计划子课题“X”和国家“十五”攻关课题“Y”的项目主持人，2000年以来，带领M的科研人员团队开展了A新制剂的制备和药物试验，在我国禽流感的防治上取得重要突破，先后在青海省及越南的禽流感防治过程中，将A给野禽、家禽投放使用；为了防止人感染禽流感，部分科研人员和一线防治人员也服用了金丝桃素，在实践中取得了良好的防治效果。 |

L believed that despite there were a large number of research works to be done to realize clinical trial, the results of two studies based on experiments have shown that A has a good effect of suppression and killing to influenza virus. |

| The research about the experiment of A protection to mice infected B virus in viro indicate. medication administration can improve the mice ' statement .decrease the death rate and prolong living time .L believes this two basic trial studys indicate A play well depress and insecticidal effect to B even though there are lotst of Clinical trials to do . |
