紧急求助啊，救人一命，谢谢了，第一次上论坛，朋友的号，等开学金币感谢，我投的是ACS的 Langmuir
Thank you for considering Langmuir for your manuscript submission. Langmuir is committed to promoting high standards in the fields that it covers.

Before deciding to send your manuscript for review I have read it. In my judgment, your work was carried with care, however your submission fits better other journals than Langmuir. I note, for example there are no any Langmuir references in the bibliography. We receive many more manuscripts than our restricted page budget allows us to accept. Consequently, we must make decisions based on likely scientific impact and interest to our readership.
