[求助] 审稿意见，大家帮忙解答一下

1) In the case of SEM analysis, I think that all samples should be polished and chemically treated to distinguish the crystalline phases from the glass and observe the microstructure. For particle sizes around 100nm, TEM analysis seems appropriate.

2) Throughout the document, the expression crystal phase or grain is considered appropriate for crystalline phase or grain.

我是做玻璃陶瓷的，审稿人给了意见，但是这两天不知道怎么回复。
1、由于我做的玻璃陶瓷，晶相和玻璃相在TEM中很难照出，其次制备样品也很复杂，想问一下怎么委婉点说测不了TEM。

2、这句话是什么意思，晶相和晶粒，我该怎么解释
