IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics 在哪里提交补充材料

第一次提交TIE，准备了实验相关的补充视频， 但是投稿系统里File Upload写着 In the case of initial submission please do not upload any other files but your manuscript in the IEEE double column format with all information about authors. New manuscripts cannot exceed 8 pages (3 for letters). Only a very limited overlength (1/2 page at most) is tolerated. 在Details & Comments又有 Does your manuscript contain supplementary materials such as multimedia, extended objects, or any other item intended for publication but not included in the main body of the paper? Supplementary materials must go through review and may not be added after acceptance. 请问各位大神补充材料是在哪里提交呀？ |
