So it can increase utilization efficiency of solar energy (less than 5% of ultraviolet rays in sunshine). |

The experimental results show that using sunlight as light source, photocatalytic degradation of Sb2S3 on methylene blue performs excellently, showing a higher catalytic activity of visible light. Therefore, Sb2S3 is an effective material to use solar in photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants, as well as elimination of environmental pollution. We expect that this catalyzer can be adopted in water photolysis to produce hydrogen in order to solve energy shortage human have to face. |
