牛津大学-香港城市大学联合脑心血管健康工程中心（coche）柔性电子系统及健康检测算法博士招生 full scholarship ph.d. opening in oxford-cityu centre for cerebro-cardiovascular health engineering (coche) ╟ flexible sensing system team supervisor: prof. ni zhao https://www.ee.cuhk.edu.hk/~nzhao/#/ dept. of electronic engineering, the chinese university of hong kong email: nzhao@ee.cuhk.edu.hk we have immediate ph.d. openings in the areas of flexible electronics and algorithm development for health monitoring in the oxford-cityu centre for cerebro-cardiovascular health engineering (coche). admitted students will be enrolled this year in the biomedical engineering department, city university of hong kong. the student will conduct research at coche and the chinese university of hong kong. a four-year full scholarship will be provided to admitted students with a monthly stipend of hk$ 17,510 as well as medical insurance. inquiries and applications should be sent to prof. ni zhao at nzhao@ee.cuhk.edu.hk about coche: the university of oxford and city university of hong kong center for cerebro-cardiovascular health engineering (ocche), co-hosted with karolinska institute, proposes to bring together world-class researchers from leading international institutions with the grand goal to collaboratively develop ground-breaking health technologies, ranging from wearable medical devices, biosensing, medical imaging, and artificial intelligence (ai)-based prediction and diagnostic systems to intelligent therapeutic devices, in order to tackle large-scale cerebro-cardiovascular diseases (cvds) ╟ the society’s current most pressing health challenge. the mission of the ocche is, working closely with the hong kong government, world-leading universities, industries and hospitals, to establish a health technology ecosystem in the greater bay area that not only creatively produces innovative technologies but also translates them quickly and effectively into commercial products and healthcare practice for disease prevention, generating technological and social impacts worldwide. 牛津大学-香港城市大学联合脑心血管健康工程中心（coche）柔性电子系统及健康检测算法博士项目申请开放中！欢迎柔性电子、信号处理、生理建模、传感器系统集成方向的同学申请。项目优先考虑可今年秋季入学的博士申请人。感兴趣的同学请尽快联系教授递交申请意向（附上简历）。合适的申请人将会收到回复以及面试邀请。该项目由牛津大学和香港城市大学领衔，博士生在项目期间将与香港中文大学等国内外多家实验室合作。录取的学生将入读香港城市大学生物医学工程系。研究地点主要位于coche中心（位于香港科学园）和香港中文大学。博士项目致力于培养高科技创新人才，有志于未来从事生物医学工程以及相关光学技术的产业化转换。 项目简介：牛津大学、香港城市大学联合成立的oxford-cityu centre for cerebro-cardiovascular health engineering (coche)，与karolinska研究所共同发起：针对大规模脑心血管疾病（cvd）的研究项目（ocche），涵盖从可穿戴医疗设备，生物传感，医学成像和基于人工智能（ai）的预测和诊断系统到智能治疗设备。 ocche的使命是通过与香港政府、世界领先的大学、行业和医院紧密合作，在大湾区建立一个健康技术的生态系统，该生态系统不仅产生创新的技术，而且将其快速有效地转化为商业用途。 |
