Subject: Decision on your manuscript asia.200900229 for Chemistry - An Asian Journal 不知道修改后机会大不大 两个审稿人1个接受但需要小修，一个认为文章的中心思想（focus）应该转变他认为的，然后接受 改了再说，有同样经历的大侠给点意见！！ Dear Professor Jiang, Thank you for your submission of 29.06.2009 and for the above-mentioned manuscript. We read this with interest and asked referees for their opinions. We agree with the comments made by one of the referees that although your findings are interesting they do not represent a sufficient basis for publication of a Full Paper at the present time. If, on the other hand, you have in the meantime obtained new results and can make appropriate revisions that are pertinent to the referees' comments, we would be willing to reassess an appropriately supplemented manuscript. If you decide on this option, please explain in an accompanying letter which changes you have made (and, more importantly, which not, giving reasons why not). The revised version will be assigned a new registration number and date of receipt in our files and will be sent back to the referees.
