一个棘手的审稿人问题求建议 已有5人参与

昨天收到一个审稿人意见，其中有一条意见想了一天也没想好如何回复，请万能的小木虫给点建议，这个问题从哪几方面回复，如果无法正面回复会不会让审稿人不满意而拒稿。4. the solvent volume and mass of solid particles mentioned in the experimental procedure with the three investigated techniques seem to be different (250 ml and 5 g with uae vs 150 ml and 3 g with se and hre). the authors need to clarify this point and explain the reason behind this difference.
