Ten hours later, take and analysis samples to ensure the complete reaction of B . Cool to room temperature, add 500 liters of water to the mixture and standing for 15 minutes after whisked for half an hour to be layered. Discard the lower water and then wash for the second time with 300 liters of water. Heat to remove the solvent by steam until the temperature rise to 110℃. Decrease the pressure to remove the residual solvent and put to the room temperature. Barrel, weight and then sample and analysis. |

Under mixing and adding 5 kg of C and 53 kg of D, the system was access to steam, and heated with recycled water to complete dehydration. After 10h, monitoring samples were made to ensure reaction B in completeness. Then, it was cooled to room temperature with adding 500 liters of water and stirring for half an hour. 15 minutes was necessary for standing, separation from water in low layer. 300 liters of water was used to wash the solution once. Solvent extrusion was made under high temperature. When temperature rose to 110oC steam, the valve was closed. After decompression to steam solvent remained, temperature of system was cooled to room temperature. Finally, loading into barrels, weighing and analysis of sample should be completed. |
