向各位高手求助一个招聘要求的翻译，看得似懂非懂的，谢！

本人主要是搞技术的，英语水平很一般。最近在找工作，有一个外企发了一个职位描述，自己读了半天还是觉得似懂非懂，所以请求各位大侠能帮帮忙。为表感谢，预备赠送一点BB表达心意，谢谢！原文如下： Description Specific Responsibilities A key member of Processing and Operation group in charge of plastics process development and product development, especially in blends and alloys; Maintain, expand and upgrade various plastics processing equipment in Shanghai lab and improve operation efficiency; Participate technology/product development from processing perspective; Provide technical support to other technical groups in need of plastics processing. Qualifications Educational & Other Requirements MS. in Polymer Engineering and Processing; Broad and in-depth understanding of polymer processing equipment and techniques with hands-on experiences (Must have); Demonstrated success in developing innovative technologies and approaches either individually or in a team setting; Good communication (both Chinese and English), teamwork and presentation skills. Key Success Factors/Profile: Bias for action and results oriented mindset. Hands-on experiences with various polymer processing equipments like compounding machine, sheet extrusion, injection molding, etc. Technical competence- statistical, analytical and computer skills Knowledgeable regarding polymer structure-property relationships Organization skills and project management skills Ability to work both independently, and in team environments Driving for success Job : Engineering Primary Location : CHN-020-Shanghai Education Level : Master's Degree Shift : Day Job Travel : Yes, 25% of the time Relocation Available : No |
