[求助] 关于期刊an embargo period的求助

各位大神：
在艾斯维尔旗下的期刊投稿接收了，填写“Rights and Access”，中关于出版形式只有两个选项第一个是“Gold Open Access”，第二是“Subscription”，我暂时选了第二个“Subscription”，但这个选项下面有个解释：“My final published journal article will be immediately available to all journal subscribers, to patients and caregivers, and other groups. I understand that I must wait for 24 months before I can share my accepted manuscript publicly in my institution or funder's repository. I can immediately share it on non-commercial personal homepages and blogs, within my institution, and privately with collaborators.”，这句话什么意思呢或者“Subscription”这个选项是什么意思呢。24个月的禁运期怎么理解
再请教一下，我选择“Subscription”后，我在2022年6月份评选或者职称可以检索到我的文章吗，比如在Web of Science上能检索到，证明我这个是SCI收录吗，24个月的禁运期怎么理解对于文章能否被检索到有具体影响吗，非常感谢，不知道自己有没有说清楚这个问题。
