求助"Responses to technical check results"怎么写

Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully. > >The English language usage has not met the desired standard. > >Before submitting future manuscripts, we strongly advise that you either seek the assistance of a native English-speaking colleague, or consult http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find ... rs/languageediting/ 上面是邮件内容，编辑说了语言上不过关，后面还说要精炼语言，是不是说我字数太多了，投的是Journal of Hazardous Materials,字数要求是５０００内，我好像离５０００只有几十个字了，是不是除了改语法还得大修一下，缩短篇幅啊？某些地方删多了跟原来投的不大一样，会不会不大好啊？ 还有这个responses该怎么写呢，编辑也没具体写哪里要改，还是自己说回复时得标明哪行改成什么了，跟revises的一样弄啊？哪位弄过的大侠给个模板吧。 先谢谢了，我菜鸟一个不懂啊。每天N遍地查，虽是盼到了这个结果，但也得好好改才行。非常感谢了！ |
