Post-Doctoral Position (Precision Nano-Objects Templated by DNA Origami) We are looking to hire a post-doctoral scientist to join our team to fabricate high resolution objects in the nanoscale by combining DNA-origami technology with polymer science. The ideal candidate will also investigate biological responses with respect to the 3-D hybrid architecture and rationalize the next generation nanomedicine. This position is funded by the Max Planck Society and the Max Planck-Bristol Centre for Minimal Biology. Requirements Applicants are required to have an extensive knowledge on DNA hybridization and in fabricating DNA nanostructures. Bioconjugation with oligonucleotides and experiences with DNA origami are highly desirable. A high level of English language proficiency in communication and scientific writing is a must.
