Culture filtrate of the other sample was assayed for the contents of glucose and glucosinolates while fungal cell pellet was disrupted by a mortar. Cell-free extract obtained after centrifugation (12 000 x g, 25 min, 4摄氏度) was assayed for myrosinase activity content. （glucosinolates是菜籽粕中存在的一类有毒物质，myrosinase是降解这类物质的一种内源酶） 我的问题是：他是将菌丝体过滤出来后，用研钵将其研磨提取菌丝体中的内源酶的么？无细胞提取液又是从哪里来的？请高手帮忙，谢谢 [ Last edited by wxstongxue6161 on 2009-8-6 at 22:30 ] |
