哈哈，前些天刚好在看欧洲药典的TLC,我给你翻吧。 任何（1）溶液的色谱图中的二级色斑（指除了主要物质之外也就是杂质的色斑）不应比（2）溶液的色谱图中的（主要物质的）斑点更深（0.5%），而且不准有一个以上的杂质色斑比（3）溶液的色谱图中（主要物质的）色斑要深。不管停留在点样线上的色斑。 ——————说明，（0.5%）。（0.1%）是指如果杂质色斑和相对应的主要物质色斑一样深，那么杂质的含量就分别是0.5%和0.1%。因此如果比主要物质色斑颜色浅，就可以保证杂质含量不超过限度。 希望你懂了。 |
