[交流] 招贤纳士-香港理工大学王鹏老师招收博士生啦

王鹏教授，现任职于香港理工大学和阿卜杜拉国王科技大学（KAUST）。现其香港实验室欲招聘博士生一名，今年九月份入学。候选人需要具备环境，材料，化工, 化学或机械工程等方面的相关背景，同时工作踏实，语言交流能力好。具有较高水平论文发表经历者将会被优先考虑。

王鹏教授的研究一直关注于清洁能源驱动的净水生产和废水回用技术，以及设计新型环保和节能水资源处理与利用体系。课题组现有的主要研究方向包括太阳能驱动海水淡化，空气中水收集，工业废水的零排放处理和回用，以及智能环境纳米材料设计等。具体研究内容请参见王老师课题组主页（www.wang-lab.net）。

One PhD position with September 2021 entry time is available in Professor Peng Wang’s lab at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The applicant should possess strong background in environmental science & engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, material science and engineering, mechanical engineering, etc. The preferred applicant is expected to have good communication skill, satisfactory English writing skill, and team spirit. Prior experience in publishing in top journals is a big plus.

Dr. Peng Wang obtained his PhD from University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) in 2008. He joined King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in 2009 as a founding faculty member. He was program chair of Environmental Science and Engineering at KAUST from 2013 to 2017. Dr. Wang received ‘The Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz International Prize for Water’ (PSIPW) in 2020 and the Nanova Frontier Research Award from the Chinese-American Professors in Environmental Engineering and Science (CAPEES) in 2020. Dr. Wang serves as an Associate Editor of Environmental Science & Technology (ES&T).  Detailed information regarding Professor Wang’s research can be found at www.wang-lab.net.
