it should not be so huge difference, one of them must be wrong. i am afraid that the condition, materials or load is not correct for one case. would you provide more detailed information so that others can check it for you? one cannot infer anything just from the two pics. yes, i know you think you are right, but the thing is that what you thought right is not the way as you thought.  just check whether the materials is the same? the conditon is ok? as well as the load that is what i can think of. yes, other factors may also affect the result, but just affect, not give a wrong result.
