[求助]
晶体精修，降低shift/esd值，求助已有1人参与

有一个数据，解析没问题，但是精修过程中 shift值一直很大降低不下去。 另外，金属可能投错了 实验记录上写的是zn 后来专家说是比锌小的金属 可能是fe或者mn也可能是co ni cu。 问：1需要把shift/esd值降下来 是a类错误 (暂假定是fe的话)。 2 通过r1,wr2值来确定金属（哪个小取哪个可行吗） 目前小木虫越来越差了 不提供上传了 只能传网盘供助人者下载了 链接: https://pan.baidu.com/s/1dLIdMQzFURVQ4164Br1sKA 提取码: y5wk |

投稿新晶体结构(ncs,德国杂志，收费大概4600元，sci，IF0.3左右) 投稿被拒，编辑提出： 1. The ellipsoid of the the central metal ion is really large and the difference density around this atom is negative . 2. Thus I tested a few lighter atom types. And I was able to reduce the R-factors significantly. 3. After assignment of a lighter atom I was able to verify that the H atom at least at one water atom is wrongly assigned. 从第三条 他说 我原来像你一样去掉一个氢 他感觉不对 他说他能加上氢。 |
