稿件被拒，该不该重投？

今天被拒稿了，但是编辑的回信很迷惑，这是主编拒了，审稿人觉得可以重投的意思么？我该重新找一家还是修改了重投？ With regret, I must inform you that, based on the advice received, I have decided that your manuscript cannot be accepted for publication in 。。。。。Engineering. In case the authors are able to include the suggested modifications, a new submission will be welcome. |
