稿件被拒，该不该重投？

今天被拒稿了，但是编辑的回信很迷惑，这是主编拒了，审稿人觉得可以重投的意思么？我该重新找一家还是修改了重投？ With regret, I must inform you that, based on the advice received, I have decided that your manuscript cannot be accepted for publication in 。。。。。Engineering. In general the terms used does not fit with the terminology used in fluid power systems and it can be a consequence of the references used. No references from fluid power conferences and/or publications from the main fluid power institutes around the world are included. In case the authors are able to include the suggested modifications, a new submission will be welcome. |
