Bad equivalents 是什么意思

Systematic Absence Violations 系统消光冲突：这是反映所定空间群是否合理，这个值一般要小于10，如果偏大就可能是你的空间群选择有问题。好的衍射数据会是0. Bad Equivalents 大概是不好的等效的意思： 表示本来有同样intensity 的映射，可以没有。 这个值应该小于100. 好的衍射数据会是0.如果这个值大于100了，而且你的晶体中有大于18号的重原子，或者是你的晶体是针状或非常薄的片晶，大于100是可以接受的。相反，如果没有大于18的重原子，晶体也不是针状或非常薄的片晶，那么1， 你在运行XPREP的时候有些错误产生，需要仔细重新来做；2，衍生太弱。也可以通过sanit plus来删除一些高角度的值试试。 意思不是绝对准确，希望对你有帮助。下边是原文表述： Systematic Absence Violations are reflections that should have intensities of zero for the selected space group but did not. The number of such violations should be less than 10. If it is greater than ten, make a note of this, and continue with next step。 Bad Equivalents are pairs of observed reflections that should have the same intensity but do not. If the number is less than 100, skip to next step。If the number of bad equivalents is greater than 100, but if your crystal contains heavy scatterers (for Mo radiation, atoms with atomic numbers greater than 18), or if the crystal was a needle or a very thin plate, skip to next step. If the number of bad equivalents is greater than 100, there are no heavy scatters, and the crystal was not a needle or thin plate, then either (a) you have done something wrong in XPREP and should re-run XPREP more carefully, or (b) the diffraction pattern is weak, and you should ask an expert about whether to use the SAINT program to delete high angle data. |
