| In the abstract the authors speak of inducing and non-inducing conditions and a few lines later on biotin limitation. This is not helpful for the unexperienced reader. Probably just give one number that with cells exhibiting amylase activity a reduction of the total sugar from 30 g/l to 4.5 g/l was obtained. 他是什么意思啊 |
