| 高K值（high-K）CNTs热塑性树脂基（thermoplastic）复合材料的研究已取得了不少进展，但是也有不少问题没有深入探讨。比如界面对复合材料的影响。众所周知，界面相是复合材料的基本组成之一，在大多数情况下，界面相是复合材料性能优劣的决定性因素。尤其是以CNTs作为导电填料填充聚合物时，由于CNTs于聚合物间电导率存在巨大差异，必然很容易在两相的界面处导致电荷积聚（charge accumulated at the interfaces），产生空间极化(polarization)，在渗流阈值（percolation threshold）附近，导体的大量存在电导率的大幅提升，高的电导率将严重影响材料的介电行为，致使材料的介电谱变得相当复杂。 |

Especially in CNTs as conductive fillers,there are large differences conductivity when CNTs in Polymers, so it easily to charge accumulated at the interfaces, bring polarization. around percolation threshold, along with the conductivity of the conductor increases, High conductivity of dielectric material will seriously affect the action of materials become quite complex dielectric spectrum. |
