| 高K值(high-K)CNTs热塑性树脂基(thermoplastic)复合材料的研究已取得了不少进展,但是也有不少问题没有深入探讨。比如界面对复合材料的影响。众所周知,界面相是复合材料的基本组成之一,在大多数情况下,界面相是复合材料性能优劣的决定性因素。尤其是以CNTs作为导电填料填充聚合物时,由于CNTs于聚合物间电导率存在巨大差异,必然很容易在两相的界面处导致电荷积聚(charge accumulated at the interfaces),产生空间极化(polarization),在渗流阈值(percolation threshold)附近,导体的大量存在电导率的大幅提升,高的电导率将严重影响材料的介电行为,致使材料的介电谱变得相当复杂。 |
