赢的此单，可提升HP在铁路行业的影响力,以此项目为案例，提高合作机会,通过该项目与各路段用户建立关系,有利于我们提早进行后期的项目运作,将HP的有利参数写进标书，并进一步提高与采购办的合作关系，争取做到融会贯通，不权可提高赢单的机会，也可将利润逐步提高。




因西安铁路局今年是头一年公开招标,所以刚开始定的模式是最低价中标,但采购办说这种模式后期会有改变,因为此单的最终用户是铁路局各路段,所以通过这一单可迅速渗透到各基层,为以后的项目奠定强有力根基，将HP在路局做活做强。





今年是路局建设投入最多的一年，后期项目还很多，是很TOP很有价值的金牌客户

Winning this order form, HP reputation will be enhanced in railway industry. Taking this project as a case, increasing opportunities for cooperation and building relationships with the road users will help us carry out operation in advance. Parameters in HP are written in tender and further we improve the cooperation with Procurement Office, in order to reach digest. If so, not only can we increase likelihood to win, but also profit will be gradually increased.

But it was said by stock office that this model will be altered later, because end-user is the section of Railway Bureau in this order form. Hence, via the order we can quickly penetrate into grass-roots level, so that for future projects will be set a strong foundation for HP with activity and strength.

The customer is Lenovo's install base for a long time. HP brand will enter the office successfully through  winning this order , that will lay the foundation of our marketing in the office in future.

Winning this order , the reputation of HP will be enhanced in railway industry. Following this  case, increasing opportunities for cooperation and strengthing  relationships with them will help us run this project  in advance. Parameters of HP are written in tender and we will  improve the cooperation with Procurement Office in further . If so, not only can we increase winning orders, but also can we increase getting much more profit.

It is the first year to tender  for Xi'an Railway . So the lowest successful got it . But the purchasing agent said that this model will be altered later, because the users are the sections of Railway  in this order . Through this order we can quickly enter  into grass-roots users, this projects will be set a strong foundation for HP with activity and strength in future.
