有关傅里叶红外图谱的审稿意见看不大明白，求助各位虫友解读下并指导下解决办法。 1. The way FTIR is described you are not looking at functional groups, so much as the entire averaged makeup of the EPS. Yes, functional groups are part of that, but to analyze them specifically you need to do very specific analyses as a function of pH to tell the difference between bulk and functional groups. I do not believe this was done in this study. 2. What kind of FTIR was used with the KBr approach, transmission? Diffuse reflectance? ATR FTIR? 3. Did you normalize your data? Baseline corrections? What specifically was done to better understand what you were looking at and make sure there was consistency between the samples? |
