The publCIF program, freely available from the IUCr website for use by all authors, gives the following errors in reference citation & listing. Please check the cell parameters & their e.s.d.'s. Have these been refined. Please look closely at the Alerts issued by checkCIF. Where is the large residual peak in the density and what might be the reason for it. I do not believe Figure 2 shows the hydrogen bond interactions clearly.
