| 稳定性考察表明,A在505nm处的吸光度不受温度,时间,pH值等影响。以505nm处的吸光度为指标,考察了温度,时间,pH值,乙醇浓度对儿A提取效果的影响,确定A的提取条件为70℃,40min,pH=10.以A和三氯化铁等为主要原料,考察了染色温度,时间,pH值等对白色牦牛毛染色效果的影响。结果表明,在pH为9,温度60℃,染色时间为30min的条件下,可将白色牦牛毛染为蓝色。A已被列为食品添加剂增补品种,本实验结果表明A作为天然无毒染发剂的主成分具有良好的应用前景。 |

| After studying the stability of A ,we find the absorbance at 505nm have no bearing with the temperature, time, pH value and so on. Taking the absorbance of 505nm as an index ,we discussed how temperature, time, pH, ethanol concentration to impact on the extraction effects of A , and determine the extraction conditions for A is 70 ℃, 40min, pH = 10. we also take A and ferric chloride etc.as the main raw material, then we find how the white yak hair coloring effect is influnced by dyeing temperature, time, pH value .The results showed that a white Yak hair can be dyed blue under the condition of pH= 9, 60 ℃, dyeing time of 30min,. A has been identified as a supplement of food additive species, the experiments show that A , which is a principal component of a natural non-toxic dyes , has promising prospects . |

The optimization condition was to extract A at 70℃, 40min, pH=10. Then A and ferric chloride were selected to be as the main raw materials and this study also determined the key performances of dyeing temperature, time, and pH value to white yak hair coloration. The results showed that at pH=9, temperature 60℃, 30min for staining, a white yak hair could be dyed into blue. A has been classified as supplement in a food additive species. The experimental results showed that A, as main component of natural non-toxic dyes, will possess an excellent prospect in application. |
